Today, NABU detectives tried to bring Odarchenko to court. They arrived at his place of residence, but only found his driver there, who told them that he lived there. Odarchenko himself has not contacted the driver for two days.
The prosecutor also reported that she cannot reliably confirm that Odarchenko is abroad, but there is certain up-to-date information that he crossed the border outside the checkpoint in the Zakarpattia region.

Thus, in accordance with the law, consideration of a motion to recover bail must take place with the participation of the pledgers. 18 people posted bail for Odarchenko, so they should be invited to the next hearing. Unless they attend it, the court can recover the amount of bail without them.
