On October 16, a HACC investigating judge heard the motion for a preventive measure against suspect Tetiana Volianovska, a former subordinate of Bohdan Lvov, ex-head of the Economic Cassation Court within the Supreme Court.

The judge imposed bail of UAH 600,000 as the preventive measure.

Lvov is suspected of legalizing criminally obtained funds. According to investigators, in 2021–2022 the judge acquired a house with a land plot, two apartments, and four land plots worth a total of around UAH 26 million. The property was registered in the name of the mother of Volianovska, his former assistant.
