On November 6, the panel of judges of the HACC AC postponed the hearing on the appeal against an interim measure in regard to Tetiana Krupa, head of the Khmelnytskyi medical and social expert commission.
The reason for the postponement is as follows: the case materials have not yet been referred to the HACC AC from the Kyiv Court of Appeals, as the panel of judges is on their leaves of absence. On November 14, a hearing of the Kyiv Court of Appeal is to be held, after which the materials shall be transferred to the HACC.
The hearing at the HACC AC was postponed until November 21 at 3:00 p.m. It is then that the review of the appeal against the interim measure will take place.
Tetiana Krupa is suspected of unlawful enrichment by UAH 137 million.
