On October 13, a HACC investigating judge considered a motion for a preventive measure against Bohdan Lvov, former head of the Commercial Court of Cassation.

The outcome was bail of UAH 998,000. The prosecutor had sought UAH 10 million.

Lvov is suspected of legalizing criminally obtained funds. According to the investigation, in 2021–2022 the judge acquired a house with a plot of land, two apartments, and four land plots worth about UAH 26 million in total. The property was registered in the name of his former assistant’s mother.
