Having heard the appeal filed by Yelyzaveta Ivakhnenko's defense, the HACC Appeals Chamber left unchanged the preventive measure set for her on September 7, 2026.

Ivakhnenko therefore remains in the pre-trial detention center until she posts the full UAH 20 million bail.

As reported earlier, the NABU and the SAPO suspect Serhii Kropyva, head of one of the Prosecutor General's Office units, and his accomplices — among them Yelyzaveta Ivakhnenko, also known as “the Muse” — of forming a criminal organization that ran a systematic scheme of extracting bribes from fraudulent call centers and legalized over UAH 89.9 million in criminally obtained funds.
