On January 8, 2026, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court changed the interim measure imposed on Anna Skorokhod. According to Suspilne, the court increased the bail from UAH 3 million to UAH 4 million but lifted the requirement to wear an electronic ankle monitor. All other aspects of the measure remained unchanged. As a result, the appellate complaints filed by both the defense and the prosecution were partially satisfied.
As a reminder, Skorokhod, her aide, and another alleged accomplice are suspected of inciting an entrepreneur to offer a bribe of $250,000 in exchange for the alleged imposition of NSDC sanctions against a rival company.
In a comment to Novyny LIVE, Skorokhod said she had filed a motion requesting permission to travel abroad. She plans to go to Brussels as part of a Ukrainian delegation to a meeting of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
