On December 31, 2025, NABU and SAPO reported that they had completed the pre-trial investigation in a case concerning the unlawful transfer of land in Kyiv for development.

The suspects in this case include former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Unity of Ukraine Oleksii Chernyshov, developer Serhii Kopystyra, and four other individuals.

After the defense reviews the case materials, the case will be referred to court.
