NABU has placed Alisa Sobol, an assistant to former Kyiv City Council deputy Denys Komarnytskyi, and his confidant Olena Bohoslavska on the wanted list, according to the Slovo i Dilo outlet.
Alisa Sobol disappeared on March 13, and Olena Bohoslavska on March 11. On March 24, the High Anti-Corruption Court arrested Sobol in absentia, charging her with participation in a criminal organization (Article 255, Part 2 of the Criminal Code). Bohoslavska is suspected of leading structural parts of a criminal organization, obstructing legitimate economic activities, misappropriating land, and bribing Kyiv officials.
The correspondence of both defendants was highlighted in a Bihus.info investigation into the so-called Komarnytskyi Case, involving a former deputy of the Kyiv City Council who, according to investigators, organized a large-scale scheme of land misappropriation in Kyiv for construction.
