On June 16, 2026, the NABU and the SAPO submitted the indictment against Finance and Credit Group owner Kostiantyn Zhevaho to court. The HACC will shortly schedule the first preparatory hearing in the case.
The NABU and the SAPO charge Kostiantyn Zhevaho with bribing Supreme Court judges — including then-Supreme Court Chairman Vsevolod Kniaziev — in exchange for a ruling in favor of a company under his control. According to the investigation, the total amount of the unlawful benefit was $2.7 million. Kniaziev has pleaded guilty and provided incriminating testimony.
