On August 6, 2026, the HACC investigating judge ruled on the motion for a preventive measure for Ukraine's former ambassador to the US, Olha Stefanishyna.

The result: bail of UAH 6 million.

The HACC investigating judge thus partly granted the motion of the SAPO prosecutor, who had sought bail of UAH 13,312,000 for the suspect.
