On July 31, 2025, the SAPO filed a claim for the confiscation of real estate belonging to Andrii Anokhin, judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv, and his wife, Lesia Budzan, judge of the Podilskyi District Court. The total value of the property amounts to UAH 7.32 million, including:
-
a share in an apartment worth over UAH 6 million
-
a parking space worth UAH 622,000
-
a share in another parking space valued at UAH 541,000 in a luxury residential complex in Kyiv.
The apartment and parking spaces are registered as 50/50 ownership between Judge Budzan and her husband’s brother, Serhii Babushkin.
According to SAPO, the actual value of these assets in 2022–2023 was twice as high as stated in the purchase agreements, and the family’s income was insufficient to acquire them legally. The HACC has already seized the property to secure the claim.
