On August 18, 2025, the SAPO filed a claim with the HACC for civil confiscation of assets belonging to former Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Viktoriia Kyreieva and her family. The claim concerns property worth over UAH 3 million.

According to the SAPO, in 2020–2021, when Kyreieva served as director of the Department for Permitting and Licensing Activities and Industrial Pollution Prevention at the Kyiv Regional State Administration, she, together with her parents and husband, acquired:

  • two apartments in the Kyiv suburbs (UAH 707,000 and UAH 488,000)

  • two non-residential premises worth over UAH 1.2 million

  • a land plot near Kyiv (UAH 150,000)

  • a Mazda CX-5 car (UAH 480,000).

The prosecution claims that the official income of Kyreieva’s family was insufficient to cover such purchases. The assets were registered in the names of her husband, Dmytro Kyreiev, and her parents, Stanislav and Tetiana Vdovychenko. However, SAPO believes that all acquisitions were made on her behalf, and that she had control over the assets.

Kyreieva was dismissed from her position in July 2025.

On August 8, 2025, the HACC had already imposed a seizure on this property at the request of a SAPO prosecutor to secure the claim.
