On September 10, 2025, the HACC imposed a monetary penalty of UAH 6,056 on Deputy Head of the State Service for Maritime and River Transport and former director of SE SETAM, Viktor Vyshniov, for failing to appear in court.
The defense asked for the hearing to be postponed and for the absence to be recognized as excusable, explaining that Vyshniov was on a business trip to Sweden and was unable to join remotely.
The preparatory hearing in the case is ongoing. In addition, the court today granted a motion for the case to be heard by a panel of judges.
Former ARMA head Anton Yanchuk and three of his associates are accused of unlawfully misappropriating physical evidence held by the Agency. Vyshniov is considered by investigators to be one of the accomplices.
