Krupa Case: Interim Measure Extended for Former Head of Khmelnytskyi MSET
The HACC extended the interim measure of detention for 60 days, until May 18, 2025, inclusive, for Tetiana Krupa, former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Team. The court also reduced the suspect's bail to UAH 230 million as an alternative to detention.
If released on bail, the suspect must:
– arrive when summoned by the detective, prosecutor, investigating judge, or the court
– not leave Khmelnytskyi without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor, or court
– refrain from communicating with MSET staff and individuals who applied for medical and social expertise regarding matters related to the criminal proceedings
– inform the investigator, prosecutor, or court of any change in her place of residence
– surrender her passport for traveling abroad and any other documents granting her the right to leave Ukraine to the authorized body.
The NABU suspects Tetiana Krupa, former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Team and the deputy of regional council, of illegal enrichment amounting to UAH 137 million.
