On 28 July 2025, investigating judge of the HACC Volodymyr Voronko granted a motion filed by a NABU detective and imposed pre-trial detention as an interim measure against businesswoman Tetiana Hlyniana.
The motion had been pending before the court for over three months, since 18 April 2025, with the hearing repeatedly postponed.
Tetiana Hlyniana has been declared wanted, as she has been residing abroad since 2023.
As reported earlier, the NABU and the SAPO suspect the former head of the Department of Defense for Logistical Support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, and entrepreneur Tetiana Hlyniana, who controlled the supplier companies, along with entrepreneurs Larysa Shvets and Valerii Melesh, as well as former Premium Company director Mykola Deshpetko, of embezzling more than UAH 733 million and attempting to embezzle UAH 788 million during the procurement of food for the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the war.
