On September 9, 2026, the NABU and the SAPO referred to court their case against Tetiana Krupa, former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, along with her husband and son.

Preparatory proceedings will follow shortly.

As reported earlier, the NABU and the SAPO charge Tetiana Krupa — who headed the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Center and sat on the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council for the Servant of the People party — with illicit enrichment, failure to declare assets, and money laundering.

According to investigators, Krupa enriched herself unlawfully by roughly UAH 160 million, pulling her husband and son into the scheme. She laundered part of the money through a sham real-estate sale, then, with her husband's help, moved it abroad and into foreign bank accounts.

Krupa is charged under Article 366-2(2), Article 368-5, and Article 209(2) of the Criminal Code.
