The SAPO has referred to court the case against MP Yuliia Didenko and her husband, Hryhorii Didenko, who heads the Odesa Regional Council. They are suspected of failing to declare assets worth more than UAH 8 million in 2021–2023.

In addition, based on NABU materials, an SAPO prosecutor has filed a claim to confiscate, in favor of the state, the spouses’ assets worth nearly UAH 5 million, the origin of which they allegedly cannot explain. According to investigators, this is the amount the couple paid for an apartment and two Audi SQ8 vehicles (model years 2021 and 2024).

They were served with notices of suspicion in October 2025 (Article 366-2(2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), and the investigation was completed in December.
