On 11 March 2025, the HACC imposed an interim measure in the form of a UAH 2 million bail on Viktor Artykhovych, former head of the Automation Development Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The court also imposed obligations on the suspect, including wearing an electronic bracelet and surrendering his passport for international travel.
The NABU and SAPO suspect officials of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of abusing the development of the DZVIN automated system for the Operational Control Center. A total of UAH 722 million in budget funds was spent on the project, with UAH 246 million allegedly embezzled.
Today, a UAH 2 million bail was also imposed on Tymoshenko, another defendant in the case.
The HACC imposed an interim measure on Rodion Tymoshenko, General and former Deputy Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Among other obligations, he must wear an electronic bracelet and surrender his passport for international travel.
