On August 4, 2025, the High Anti-Corruption Court imposed an interim measure on Serhii Haidai, former head of the Mukachevo District State Administration, in the form of detention with an alternative of UAH 10 million bail.

The detective requested that Haidai be taken into custody with bail set at UAH 30 million. However, the defense argued that this amount was excessive, noting that the suspect has strong social ties and had not evaded the investigation.

The HACC also ordered the detention of Vladyslav Marchenko, owner of Akopters LLC, with the option of release on bail set at UAH 15 million.

The prosecutor requested detention without bail as an alternative measure. Vladyslav Marchenko and the company’s director Yevheniia Sydelnykova are also suspected of fictitiously employing people to help them obtain deferrals from military service.

Additional obligations were imposed on the suspects.

As reported earlier, according to the investigation, MP Oleksii Kuznietsov, former head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration and later head of the Mukachevo District State Administration Serhii Haidai, head of the Rubizhne Military Administration Andrii Yurchenko, commander of a National Guard military unit Vasyl Myshanskyi, and the owner and director of a drone manufacturing company — Marchenko and Sydelnykova — entered into contracts for the supply of drones and electronic warfare equipment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine at inflated prices.
