On February 5, the HACC granted the Ministry of Justice's claim against Viacheslav Zanevskyi, former chief security guard of Yanukovych, to recover his assets for the state.
Viacheslav Zanevskyi is currently a Russian army officer and the owner of AMSTEL-SKI LLC, which manages the AmstelSki hotel complex in Bukovel. According to the HACC decision, 100% of the corporate rights in the company were recovered from Zanevskyi, along with 5 intellectual property rights, 12 land plots, 2 apartments, 4 parking spaces, a vehicle, 10 firearms, and UAH 300,000.
After the onset of the full-scale invasion, Zanevskyi was responsible for security during the construction of military logistics infrastructure in the temporarily occupied territories and assisted the Russian armed forces in locating Ukrainian military personnel, ATO participants, and other Ukrainian citizens in those territories.
Participants in the case and their representatives may file an appeal against the HACC decision within five days of the judgment being made public.
