On 10 July 2025, the HACC partially granted a motion filed by an NABU detective and extended the pre-trial detention of Tetiana Krupa, former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Team, until 7 September 2025. The investigating judge set an alternative of posting bail in the amount of UAH 56 million.
In May 2025, the HACC had already reduced Krupa’s bail amount to UAH 112 million. This means today’s decision effectively halves the sum once again.
Krupa is currently held in a pre-trial detention facility. Should bail be posted, she will be required to:

appear when summoned by the investigator, prosecutor, or court;

not leave the boundaries of Khmelnytskyi without permission from the investigator, prosecutor, or court;

refrain from communicating with employees of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC and with individuals who contacted the MSET on matters related to the circumstances of the criminal proceedings;

notify authorities of any change of residence;

surrender her international passport.
The NABU suspects Tetiana Krupa, former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Team and the deputy of regional council, of illegal enrichment amounting to UAH 137 million.
