On July 5, 2025, the HACC imposed interim measures on two more suspects in the case concerning embezzlement during the procurement of drones and electronic warfare equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine — Vasyl Myshanskyi, commander of a National Guard military unit, and Yevheniia Sydelnykova, director of Akopters LLC.

The investigating judge ordered both suspects to be held in custody, with an alternative of UAH 2 million bail. If bail is posted, a number of obligations will be imposed on them.

According to the investigation, the participants in the scheme entered into contracts for the supply of drones and electronic warfare equipment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine at inflated prices. Up to 30% of the contract value was returned to them as unlawful benefit. The total amount of damage could reach $81,000.
