In addition, from now on, a special proceeding will be carried out given the absence of the accused — judicial proceeding in absentia.
Yesterday, the HACC put Kriuchkov on the international wanted list. He is accused of seizing more than UAH 1.5 bln of the Cherkasyoblenergo and Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo companies (regional electricity distribution companies).
