On April 30, 2026, the HACC reduced the bail of former Naftogaz head Andrii Kobolyev from UAH 80 million to UAH 50 million. He is charged with misappropriating UAH 261 million in bonus payments awarded for the victory in the Stockholm arbitration against Russia's Gazprom, HACC's press service reported.
The trial is currently at the witness examination stage; the parties are awaiting a response to a mutual legal assistance request.
The court has already reduced Kobolyev's bail twice before — he was initially ordered to post UAH 229 million. In November 2025, the court denied a prosecution motion to extend his procedural obligations.
