On September 4, 2025, the HACC changed the interim measure for Tetiana Krupa, former head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission. The court released her from custody and set bail at UAH 20 million, also imposing additional procedural obligations until November 4, 2025.
Krupa had been in custody since October 7, 2024, when the Pechersk District Court initially allowed for release on bail set at UAH 500 million. In July, HACC reduced the bail amount to UAH 56 million.
The court noted that Krupa had spent over 11 months in pretrial detention, while the legal maximum during pretrial investigation is 12 months.
The NABU suspects Tetiana Krupa, former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC and the member of regional council, of illegal enrichment amounting to UAH 137 million.
