Marta-Mariia Yatsynina

HACC judge

Marta-Mariia Yatsynina has been a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court since 2026 and holds a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree. In 2014–2022, she worked as legal counsel. Since 2017, she has been an attorney, representing clients in commercial and administrative disputes. From 2022 to 2026, she taught at the Department of Theory of Law and Human Rights of the Ukrainian Catholic University, where she also served as the anti-corruption commissioner.
