Oleksandr Dudchenko is a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court, holds a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree, and is an associate professor. From 2009 to 2025, he rose from research intern to associate professor at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University: he first taught at the Department of the Judicial System and Prosecutorial Activity, and later at the Department of Criminal Procedure. Since 2011, he has held a certificate of the right to practice law (suspended in 2019 at his own request). He worked as deputy director of the Institute for Training Personnel for the Justice Bodies of Ukraine. In 2024–2025, he held the position of lead analyst for consolidated information at Infotech SE.
