Today the HACC investigating judge ruled on the motion for a preventive measure against Vadym Stolar, the MP and property developer exposed as part of Themis Operation. Ukrainska Pravda reported the ruling, and the HACC press office confirmed it.
The result: a preventive measure of UAH 300 million bail.
The organized criminal group — whose members included former Office of the President deputy head Iryna Mudra, MP Vadym Stolar, former MP Maksym Mykytas, and others — is suspected of misappropriating companies' assets, interfering with information systems, legalizing funds, and forging documents.
