The defense counsel of the lawyer Oleksii Nosov filed a motion against the decision of the court, which refused to grant his complaint about the suspicion notice.

The defense believes that in 2 months, the prosecution was unable to collect sufficient evidence that Nosov had really offered to give a bribe. The SAPO prosecutor objected to the submitted appeal.

The court decided to uphold the decision of the first instance, and to dismiss the appeal.
