Having considered the appeals from both the prosecution and the defense, the HACC Appeals Chamber dismissed them and upheld the first-instance ruling.

Mykytas therefore remains in the pretrial detention center until the full bail amount — UAH 30 million — is posted for him.

Asked by reporters, Mykytas's lawyer said that so far UAH 666 in bail has been posted for his client.
