On August 15, 2025, the HACC Appeals Chamber upheld the prosecutor’s complaint and annulled the ruling of the investigating judge of August 20, 2024, which had quashed the suspicion against former MP Oleksandr Hranovskyi.
The suspicion concerns his alleged role in organizing the sale of raw materials of the Odesa Port Plant at reduced prices, as a result of which the plant lost UAH 93 million in revenue.
The consideration of the prosecutor’s and the defense’s appeals lasted nearly a year.
