The SAPO prosecutor has requested that the HACC take Roman Nasirov into custody, with an alternative bail of UAH 75 million, in connection with his involvement in Onyshchenko's gas scheme.
Now the bail is UAH 27 million.
The motion was filed last night, so the defense did not have time to review it. As a result, the court postponed the proceedings until April 17, 2025.
Nasirov's case is already at the stage of court debates and is close to a verdict being issued. Another defendant, Volodymyr Novikov, is speaking during the debate. Next, it will be Nasirov and his defense attorneys' turn to take the floor, followed by the final statements from the defendants. After that, the judges will retire to their chambers to issue the verdict.
