The NABU and SAPO have served a new notice of suspicion to the Head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Pavlo Kyrylenko, for failure to declare assets, and to his wife for aiding in illicit enrichment.

According to the NABU, Kyrylenko failed to include in his 2024 asset declaration 20 real estate properties and a luxury vehicle registered under his wife's relatives.

Specifically, the undeclared assets include six apartments in Kyiv and Uzhhorod, a 220 m² house near Kyiv, two land plots, two garage boxes, six parking spaces, three non-residential premises with a total area of 190 m², and a BMW X3.

Pavlo Kyrylenko is already suspected of illicit enrichment exceeding UAH 72 million and of submitting false information in his declarations for 2020–2023. The pre-trial investigation in that case was completed in December 2024. The HACC has set the deadline for the defense to review the case materials by July 4, 2025, inclusive.
