An HACC investigating judge is set to consider the interim measure for former Minister of Justice and Energy Herman Halushchenko. The hearing is scheduled to begin today, February 17, at 12:30 p.m.

As SAPO spokesperson Olha Postoliuk told Ukrinform, the prosecutor will seek detention in custody for the suspect, with an alternative bail amount of UAH 425 million.

Herman Halushchenko is accused of money laundering and participation in a criminal organization.
