The NABU and the SAPO have completed the investigation into Yuliia Tymoshenko. She is suspected of offering bribes to members of parliament in exchange for following voting instructions.

The defense will now review the case materials, after which the indictment will be submitted to the HACC. 

Tymoshenko faces charges under Article 369(4) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which carries 5 to 10 years' imprisonment with possible asset confiscation.
