On November 4, 2024, the SAPO prosecutor sent the indictment and case materials regarding lawyer Oleksii Nosov to the HACC. He used to work at the Miller Law Firm, from where he was dismissed.
According to the prosecution, Nosov offered a USD 200,000 bribe to the NABU and the SAPO employees to transfer his client's case to another pre-trial investigation body.
Lawyers of AA LF Miller defended the interests of Yulia Frolova, chairwoman of the board of JSC Bank Alliance, one of the persons involved in the case regarding the seizure of electric energy from Ukrenergo and the legalization of funds received from its sale in the amount of UAH 716 million.
