An HACC investigating judge ordered the seizure of property belonging to the Tymoshenko spouses, specifically vehicles and two garages. The court also seized $46.3 thousand in cash, phones, a computer system unit, and handwritten notes that were taken during the search of Yuliia Tymoshenko’s office. However, the court decided not to seize the funds in the MP’s bank account.

After announcing the rulings, the investigating judge explained that the court did not freeze the money in the bank account in order not to deprive the suspect of her official income.
