On September 8, 2026, the HACC imposed a preventive measure of UAH 7 million bail on Mykola Hladyshenko, former head of the supervisory board of Sense Bank JSC and one of the suspects in the Forrest Gump case, Suspilne reported.

If he posts bail, Hladyshenko will be subject to a number of obligations, including not leaving Kyiv without the permission of the investigation or the court.
