On October 28, 2024, the HACC panel of judges granted the prosecutor's motion and extended Kniaziev's obligations for two months, until December 28, 2024.

 Those are the following obligations:
- to appear before the court prosecutor upon request
- not leave Ukraine without permission from the prosecutor or court
  - refrain from communicating with witnesses
  surrender passports for international travel
  - notify authorities of any change in residence or workplace.

The prosecutor noted that there are still risks of Kniaziev fleeing from the court and exerting influence over witnesses. Kniaziev's defense lawyer opted to leave this issue for the court's consideration.

We remind you that Vsevolod Kniaziev is accused of accepting a bribe in exchange for making a decision favorable to oligarch Konstantyn Zhevaho. The next session will be held on November 27.
