On December 12, 2024, the HACC partially granted the request of the defense attorney of Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, and removed the suspect's electronic bracelet.
The HACC Decided platform indicates that Kyrylenko is suspected of unlawful enrichment in the amount of more than UAH 72 million. According to the investigation, Kyrylenko allegedly registered the acquired property in the name of his relatives but did not indicate it in his own declarations.
The court also changed one of his duties and allowed him to move around the territory of Ukraine.
