The SAPO prosecutor introduced a phone examination record containing correspondence between Yermak and Veronika Anikiievych — apparently the same “Veronika Feng Shui” with whom Yermak had previously coordinated senior government appointments.

On December 24, 2025 — the day searches were conducted at the home of former Presidential Office Head's driver Abramov — a contact listed as “Andrey 2025” wrote to her: “Klymenko, Kryvonos.”

She replied — in Russian: “I am furious today, so I ask forgiveness in advance for my bluntness. But on the other hand, maybe my bluntness will tune you to a different frequency. Everything starts with the words we say to ourselves and others. For the past months you have not been escalating — you have not been responding to attacks and beatings. They are escalating, you are allowing it to happen. There is no escalation here if you start doing this — it is elementary self-defense, but you are not doing it. You are both being psychologically tormented — you stay silent. With every new story, every new round, the situation gets worse, but you stay silent. What else has to happen for you to start acting and for him to start acting? They have eaten all his people — he stays silent. When they finish with you, they will start eating him. I assure you, if you continue the ostrich strategy, that is exactly what will happen. Are you ready to sacrifice yourself just to be good for him? They will not leave you or him alone. They need power. If you do not stop them, they will get it. The question is what you will do and where you will be. The situation is such that it is either you or them.”

Yermak then sent her a list of names — journalists and politicians: Fiala, Ukrainska Pravda, Tkach, Musaieva, Zhelezniak, Arakhamiia, Honcharenko. 

“I am ready for anything. I am ready for everything. Ready tomorrow,” Yermak wrote.

Anikiievych replied: “Right now you are worried about paperwork and an arrest for some relatively short period of time — unpleasant, no one disputes that. But right now you have a friend-guarantor and no serious evidence against you, after which you will have the moral and legal right to destroy them. But if they get power, they will act more seriously — and there will be no friend-guarantor and no more authority. And the best thing would be if you make it out of the country in time. Think about that. And about the fact that if you were taken back 1–2 months, you would certainly have acted completely differently.”
