According to information received from HACC’s press service, the full amount of bail has been paid for Tymoshenko—UAH 33,280,000.

The court order also imposed the following obligations on Tymoshenko:

• appear when summoned by NABU detectives and SAPO prosecutors and/or the court;
• not leave the Kyiv region;
• notify the NABU and/or the SAPO of any change in her place of residence and/or work.

Yuliia Tymoshenko is suspected of offering bribes to MPs in exchange for “needed” votes in the Verkhovna Rada. On January 16, an HACC investigating judge imposed an interim measure in the form of bail along with additional obligations.
