On September 27, HACC Judge Vira Mykhailenko partially granted the defenders' motion and reduced Kopystyra's bail from UAH 100 million to UAH 90 million.

According to the defenders, the risks of Kopystyra interfering with the criminal proceedings and fleeing have significantly decreased, as the case has already begun to be considered in court.

Interestingly, on June 19, Kopystyra's bail was also reduced from UAH 100 million to UAH 90 million. However, on July 12, the HACC Appeals Chamber overturned the investigating judge's decision and reinstated the bail amount of UAH 100 million.

During today's session, the defenders of Oleh Tatarenko, an accomplice of Kopystyra, filed a motion to change their obligations. The lawyers requested the removal of Tatarenko's electronic bracelet and permission for him to travel outside Kyiv, but the court denied the motion.

Let us remind you that NABU and SAPO suspect developer Serhii Kopystyra of attempting to bribe former Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration Oleksandr Kubrakov.

According to the prosecution, between August and November 2023, Serhii Kopystyra offered Oleksandr Kubrakov, then Minister of Communities, a kickback of 2% of the area of a residential complex planned for construction on the ministry's land plot, which is estimated to be between 4,200 and 4,900 sq.m. To achieve this, Kubrakov was to refrain from making amendments or terminating contracts between the State Enterprise Ukrcommunobsluhovuvannia and the private company Citigazservise, which is actually owned by Kopystyra.

However, Oleksandr Kubrakov did not agree to such a scheme and subsequently exposed Kopystyra.
