The HACC partially granted the SAPO prosecutor's motion and imposed detention as a preventive measure on former deputy head of the Office of the President Iryna Mudra, with the alternative of posting UAH 20 million bail.

The measure runs for two months. Should bail be posted, Iryna Mudra will be subject to a number of obligations:

• appear before the detective, prosecutor, and court whenever summoned;
• notify the investigator, prosecutor, or court of any change of residence or workplace;
• not leave the city of Kyiv or Kyiv region;
• refrain from contact with other suspects and witnesses in the case;
• surrender her international passport;
• wear an electronic bracelet.
