Vladyslav Kukhta
HACC judge
Vladyslav Kukhta is a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court. From 2003 to 2004, he worked as a chief specialist at the Chernihiv Regional Department of Justice, and from 2004 to 2008 as an assistant to a judge of the Kulykivka District Court. In 2008, he was appointed a judge of the Mena District Court, and since 2010 he has worked as a judge of the Chernihiv District Court of Chernihiv Region, where he was also repeatedly elected chair of the court (from 2019 to 2025).
