On May 7, 2026, the HACC investigating judge partially granted a SAPO prosecutor's motion and extended MP Yuliia Tymoshenko's procedural obligations until July 7 — but no longer than the duration of the pre-trial investigation.

The suspect is required to: appear upon every request from the NABU detective, SAPO prosecutor, and court; and notify the NABU detective and SAPO prosecutor of any change of residence or place of work.

Previously, the HACC set a May 24, 2026 deadline for the defense to complete review of the pre-trial investigation materials.

The NABU and the SAPO suspect Yuliia Tymoshenko of attempting to bribe fellow members of parliament in order to influence the outcomes of parliamentary votes.
