On June 6, the HACC set bail for Alla Kyrylenko, wife of the head of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine, Pavlo Kyrylenko, in the amount of UAH 9 million, according to Skhemy.
Earlier, the NABU and SAPO served Kyrylenko a new suspicion note for failing to declare assets, and against his wife, for aiding in illicit enrichment.
NABU detectives and SAPO prosecutors had asked the court to set her bail at UAH 36 million, half the amount that her husband is suspected of illicitly enriching himself with.
In addition to the UAH 9 million bail, which she must pay within five days, the HACC investigative judge prohibited her from leaving Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission, ordered her to surrender her international passports, and required her to appear when summoned by detectives and prosecutors.
During the hearing, the AMCU head’s wife said she did not understand why she was being suspected of “aiding in illicit enrichment.”
Since August 2024, Pavlo Kyrylenko has been under suspicion of illicit enrichment in the amount of over UAH 72 million. The pre-trial investigation was completed in December 2024. HACC has set a deadline for the defense to review the case materials by July 4, 2025, after which the indictment will be submitted to the court.
