Today, an HACC investigating judge partially granted the motion of the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and extended by 60 days the procedural obligations imposed on former Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrii Yermak.

The court declined, however, to extend the obligation to wear an electronic monitoring device. According to a medical specialist, continued use of the electronic bracelet could pose a threat to Yermak's life and health.

Yermak is suspected of legalizing funds under the Dynasty project — the construction of elite residences in Kozyn near Kyiv. Investigators say he was one of four key participants in the scheme, which was financed out of Timur Mindich's criminal organization.

Before this, on August 10, the HACC had already eased Yermak's obligations, allowing him to travel not only within Kyiv and Kyiv Region but also to other regions of Ukraine. And back on June 29, Yermak had also tried to shed the electronic bracelet, but the court turned him down then.
