Case description

The NABU accuses Denys Yampolskyi, deputy director of the Trypillia TPP, Feliks Kozinskyi, head of the Centrenergo department and the owner of an LLC, of conducting procurement at inflated prices. The budget suffered more than 5 million in losses.

According to the investigation, in 2018–2019, Volodymyr Ivarovskyi, who was then the head of the material and technical supply department of PJSC Centrenergo, together with Denys Yampolskyi, who was the deputy director of the Trypillia TPP, held a tender for the purchase of pipes with a predetermined winner.

It turned out to be LLC Aktan-Dnipro, owned by Feliks Kozinskyi. The offer of this company was at a significantly inflated price, which resulted in losses of more than UAH 5 million. Kozinskyi is on the wanted list, and a special pre-trial investigation (in absentia) is being conducted against him as an accomplice.

The defendants are charged with Article 191, part 4, part 5, and Article 366, part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
